Sacramento Seltzer

Our Impression: Sacramento Seltzer is a fantastic example of a hard seltzer brewed with natural fruit juice.  There is a layer of fresh fruit character and complexity that is difficult to achieve with flavor concentrates (which dominate the world of hard seltzers.)  We are proud to showcase this experimental, yet elegant style.  We think SS will be a huge hit for wine drinkers and beer drinkers alike!

Flavor:  Sacramento Seltzer is strong Hard Seltzer, brewed with Pinot Noir Grape Juice from Sacramento. It’s an extremely refreshing sparkling beverage with a flavor profile that straddles the line between white wine and hard seltzer.  It’s slightly tart, dark fruit forward with notes of earth and ripe fruit, and finishes clean and pleasantly dry.
Mouthfeel: Very light with medium-high carbonation.
