Yeast:  Yeast Designed for Hard Seltzer Production

Adjuncts: Dextrose (Corn Sugar)

Water: Reverse Osmosis Base with light additions of CaSO4, CaCl2 

Original Gravity:  13 Degrees Plato

ABV: 7%

Estimated IBU:  0 IBU

Color: 1 SRM

Our Impression: Hard Moscato is a fantastic example of a hard seltzer brewed with natural fruit juice.  There is a layer of fresh fruit character and complexity that is difficult to achieve with flavor concentrates (which dominate the world of hard seltzers.)  We are proud to showcase this experimental, yet elegant style.  We think Hard Moscato will be a huge hit for wine drinkers and beer drinkers alike!

Aroma: White Wine, tropical fruit, lychee
Appearance: Brilliant sparkling clarity with a wispy white foam.

Flavor: Hard Moscato is strong Hard Seltzer, brewed with Moscato Grape Juice from Sacramento. It’s an extremely refreshing sparkling beverage with a flavor profile that straddles the line between white wine and hard seltzer.  It’s slightly tart, fruit forward with notes of tropical and citrus fruit, and finishes clean and pleasantly dry.

Mouthfeel: Very light with medium-high carbonation.
