Sacramento Seltzer
Brues Alehouse Brewing Co

Our Impression: Sacramento Seltzer is a fantastic example of a hard seltzer brewed with natural fruit juice. There is a layer of fresh fruit character and complexity that is difficult to achieve with flavor concentrates (which dominate the world of hard seltzers.) We are proud to showcase this experimental, yet elegant style. We think SS will be a huge hit for wine drinkers and beer drinkers alike!

Flavor: Sacramento Seltzer is strong Hard Seltzer, brewed with Chardonnay Grape Juice from Sacramento, and fermented in a neutral red wine barrel from The Winery at Holy Cross Abbey. It’s an extremely refreshing sparkling beverage with a flavor profile that straddles the line between white wine and hard seltzer. It’s slightly tart, fruit forward with notes of tropical and citrus fruit, and finishes clean and pleasantly dry.
Mouthfeel: Very light with medium-high carbonation.
