Our Impression: Inspired by the refreshing character of a Margarita, we wanted to create a beer that combined the bright acidity of a kettle sour with the fresh, saline character of the classic cocktail. A traditional Gose provides the perfect foundation for showcasing the vibrant flavor of fresh lime and orange, resulting in a bright, citrus-forward beer that is incredibly refreshing.
Aroma: Bright candied orange and fresh citrus zest with a zesty lime backbone.
Appearance: Pale with a light straw color.
Flavor: Bright, refreshing acidity layered with fresh lime and orange, balanced by a touch of sea salt. A pronounced citrus character leads into a clean, lingering lime finish with just a hint of brininess.
Mouthfeel: Crisp and refreshing with sharp acidity, moderate carbonation, and a lingering lime finish.
