Lagerhaus Wheat

Brues Alehouse Brewing Co
Lagerhaus-2.jpg

Our Impression:  Our goal with Lagerhaus Wheat was to create the modern version of a pub wheat.  We wanted something elegant and memorable, yet still easy drinking.  We took inspiration from our two favorite wheat styles, hefeweizen and witbier, and replaced the European ale yeast with our house lager yeast.  The result is essentially a witbier with a clean fermentation profile.  It's perfect for those seeking a more neutral wheat beer, as well as anyone who enjoys tasty sessionable beer.  Although we anticipate brewing this beer year round, it was designed to be the perfect summer patio beer!
